【Performance and Application】

1. This series of products is soluble in general organic solvents and forms colloids in water.

2. Used as Antistatic agent, emulsifier, rewetting agent and lubricant. Can be used as insecticides and herbicides, oil additives, and textile lubricants. Used as an emulsifier for water-based inks and cosmetics.

3. Double( β- Hydroxyethyl) coconut amine is used as the internal Antistatic agent of polypropylene and ABS. It is also used as Antistatic agent and preservative for steam generation and circulation system.

4. Double( β- Hydroxyethyl) stearamine is a special Antistatic agent for plastics. It is used as an internal Antistatic agent for polystyrene and polystyrene acrylonitrile. It has good compatibility, heat resistance, stability and remarkable non-toxic characteristics. It is mainly used for packaging films, daily plastic containers, mining plastic pipes, polypropylene fibers, etc. For example, adding 0.25 parts of this product (including 55% auxiliary materials) to 100 parts of high-pressure polyethylene to make mining pipes, the surface resistance is stable at 108 Ω, which meets the technical requirements of mining pipes. The washing machine liner made by adding 0.3~0.5% of this product (including 55% auxiliary materials) to polypropylene resin is not easily stained and easy to clean. It is also used as an oil emulsifier with anti-corrosion properties.

5. Double( β- Hydroxyethyl) tallow amine is used as the internal Antistatic agent of polyethylene. The dosage is 0.5-2%.
