Performance and Characteristics

In Disperse dye dyeing, this product has excellent dispersivity, migration, retardance and levelness; This product is acid and high-temperature resistant, but not alkali resistant; This product can be mixed with anionic and non ionic surfactants, but should not be used in the same bath with cationic surfactants.

This product is mainly used as leveling agent of Disperse dye in high temperature and high pressure dyeing of various polyester fibers, especially in high temperature and high pressure fast dyeing.

This product is equivalent to TOHOSALT UF-350 from Dongbang Company in Japan.

Application

The reference formula and process for dyeing polyester fiber with Disperse dye are as follows:

Acetic acid regulates pH=5-5.5
