Performance and quality indicators of synthetic water reducing agents:

This product can react with unsaturated acids such as acrylic acid and maleic anhydride. The polycarboxylate based water reducing agent produced has high cost-effectiveness, high water reduction rate, good plasticity, and excellent durability.

·High cost-effectiveness. It has a high cost-effectiveness when achieving the same water reduction rate.

·Low dosage and high water reduction rate. The mother liquor of a water reducing agent with a solid content of 20% and a dosage of 1.0% (cementitious material dosage) can achieve a water reducing rate of 30-35%.

·Good plasticity. The slump loss of concrete is relatively small after 1 hour.

·Excellent durability. It can significantly reduce water consumption and improve the durability of concrete.

·Green and environmentally friendly. Formaldehyde, which is harmful to the environment, is not used in the production process of water reducing agents, and the content of chloride ions and sulfate ions is low.

Application field:

The polycarboxylic acid series water reducing agent produced by this product can be used to prepare delayed setting concrete, prefabricated concrete, cast-in-place concrete, high-performance concrete, large flow concrete, self compacting concrete, and large volume concrete. It can be widely used in high-speed railways, large bridges, water conservancy, hydropower, nuclear power, subways, highways, ports, and various civil engineering projects.
