Step 4. Acid value measurement: Take out the sample and measure the acid value. When the acid value is 6-7mgKOH/g, the esterification reaction is completed.

Step 5. Cooling: Set the cooling time for 24 hours and divide it into two layers: the upper layer and the lower layer. The lower layer is made of black glue, which can be separated and discarded. The upper layer clarifies the hydraulic pressure into a decolorization kettle, heats it to about 65 ℃, and uses activated carbon to decolorize at 80-85 ℃ for 1 hour.

Step 6. Filtration: The filtrate is dehydrated under vacuum for 5 hours, and through the above steps, a food grade emulsifier pan 80 (S-80) can be prepared.
